COMPENSATION COURT
Order For Ending Of Payments An order granting leave to the Ministry of Works to cease compensation payments to Ernest Spencer Cain, a leading hand, on payment of compensation to dote, plus £260. has been made in a written reserved decision by Judge Dalglish. The case was heard in the Compensation Court on July 23. The Attorney-General was represented by Mr C. M. Roper, and Mr H. W. Thompson appeared for Cain.
