Starch-Reduced Bread
Starch-reduced bread was really protein enriched. Mr E. W. Hullett, director of the Wheat Research Institute said at yesterday's sitting of the Committee of Inquiry into the Wheat, Flour, and Bread Industries.
"People who buy starchreduced bread usually buy it because they like it” he said ‘‘There are some who think they can have two slides of this and one of the other." said Mr B. McClelland (Wheat Committee). This was greeted with laughter.
