Mistake In Report Of Sentence
It was incorrectly reported in “The Press” yesterday that Gavin James Port had his driver's licence cancelled in the Magistrate’s Court for three years on charges of failing to stop after an accident, failing to ascertain if anyone was injured after an accident, and driving without due care and attention. The period of cancellation imposed was 18 months. The error is regretted.
