(b) Ashley Area—a rate of decimal four six seven nought pence (,4670d) in the £ on unimproved value, being the equivalent rate for class F lands in such area. (c) Waimakariri - Eyre - Cust area—a rate of decimal nought eight four eight pence (.0848d) in the £ on unimproved value, being the equivalent rate for class F lands in such area. REBATE: In accordance with the provisions of section 64 of the Rating Act, 1925. a rebate of five per cent.
