Privy Council Appeal IN.Z. Press Association! WELLINGTON. June 5 Conditional leave to appeal to the Privy Council was granted by the Court of Appeal today on the application of Robert Herbert Maxwell. of Masterton. a garage proprietor, against a decision of the Court of Appeal on May 7, upholding a Supreme Court decision in favour of the Commissioner of Inland Revenue who is claiming £2459 7s lOd in respect of income tax and Social Security charge allegedly underpaid by Maxwell.
