CHARITY CONCERT
Offer Made By Inia Te Wiata INZ. Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 20. The New Zealand singer, Inia Te Wiata, will give a Sunday night charity concert anywhere in New Zealand in aid of the Maori Education Foundation. A number of business firms have indicated their willingness to s&onsor advertising for the concert. It is hoped the hall, where it is decided to hold the concert, will also be provided free of charge. All overhead expenses will be met by the promoter. Mr H. Miller, and in this way the whole proceeds of the concert will go towards the Foundation.
Mr Te Wiata, who arrived recently by air from London for a six-week concert tour of New Zealand, is convinced the Foundation will be a success.
