A barber who won yesterday's £lOO.OOO Opera House lottery won a £BOOO lottery four years ago. “The £6OOO was not enough to retire on, but I can assure you that after today's win I have cut my last head of hair,” said Mr Jack O'Neal, of East Maitland, near Newcastle. Mr O’Neill, who described himself as ‘'comfortably off." said he would buy a new ear. take a world trip and help his grandchildren with trie money.
