Journalists’ Wage Dispute Settled

A settlement of the wage dispute between the National Union of Journalists and the three British news agencies— Press Association, Reuter, and the Exchange Telegraph —was reached at a two-hour meeting tonight. The settlement is subject to approval by 450 journalists employed by the agencies, who are expected to meet on Monday to hear the details ’
