Agreement On Constitution
(N.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDAY, February 10. Britain and Jamaica have reached “unanimous agreement” on a new constitution for the Caribbean island which becomes independent on August 6. A final communique at the end of nineday constitutional talks announced this yesterday. The British and Jamaican delegation leaders signed a report of the conference which recorded agreement on all subjects discussed. This report expressed the wish of Jamacia and its 1,600,000 people to become a member of the Commonwealth.
