U.K. Offers Bursaries
(N.Z.P.A -Reuter—Copyright) NEW DELHI, Jan. 17. The British Education Minister (Sir David Eccles) told the Commonwealth Education Conference that Britain was prepared to offer the several bursaries for training teachers, technicians, and apprentices from Commonwealth countries. Canada has also offered to expand facilities.
