AUCKLAND. January 3. Another century was scored In the women’s cricket tournament, this time by the Canterbury captain, P. Moore in the match against Otago today. Rain delayed play in both matches and possibly spoilt the chance of an outright decision in the Auckland-Wellington game. I Otago beat Canterbury, which is defending the Hallyburtonffohnstone shield b.y 47 runs on 'the first Innings. Auckland also beat Wellington on the first innings. Otago's win over Canterbury gives Auckland a four-point lead over Canterbury. Consequently, the Auckland-Canterbury match on Friday and Saturday should provide interest Scores Auckland v.
