COTTON MILL TALKS
Company Secretary Called Home (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. Dec. 20. Mr K. R. Kemp, secretary of the company concerned in the cotton mill discussions, has been recalled to Britain Mr J. A. Leavey, leader erf the delegation, said: “We had no idea when we left England that the discussions would be as prolonged as they have been. "The absence of three of us for nearly a month has caused considerable inconvenience to the firm. It is impossible to leave Mr Kemp in New Zealand any longer.”
