NORWEGIAN TREE OF FRIENDSHIP.—This illuminated Christmas tree in Trafalgar square is a gift to London from Oslo. This is the fifth year that a Norwegian tree has been set up in Trafalgar square as a reminder of the friendship forged between Britain and Norway during the 1939-45 war.
