“All White” Rugby Tour Opposed
(N-ZP-A.-Reuter—CoyvrtoM) PORT ELIZABETH. Nov. 24 The South African Sports Association yesterday appealed for the calling off of the British Isles Rugity Union tour of South Africa next year. The association, formed to fight apartheid in sport, said South Africans chosen to play the tourists would be “whites only," said Associated Press. The association claiming to represent 60.800 nonwhites, said it had written to the secretary ot the International Rugby Board in Dublin asking that the tour be abandoned.
