LORD ANGUS MONTAGU
Marriage In Melbourne (N.Z.P. A.‘Reuter—Copyright) MELBOURNE, Nov. 23. Miss Mary McClure, a 23-year-old former newspaper office typist married Lord Angus Montagu, second son of the tenth Duke of Manchester, at All Saints’ Church of England, Geelong, yesterday in a quiet ceremony. Before the couple flew to Sydney on their honeymoon last night the bride said: “We’re not coming back to Melbourne—at least not for a long, long, time.”
She would not say whether they intended to live in Britain, or with Lord Angus Montagu’s parents in Kenya. Lord Angus Montagu was working as a trouser salesman with a Melbourne department store when he became engaged last September.
