China And U.N.
Sir,—One of the most important items of news in today's paper is the news that nothing the United States can do will prevent China taking her rightful place in the United Nations. You have seen fit to place it on a back page, thereby siding with the United States. It is a matter of another cropper for this /»untry, and they have taken some awful hidings. Surely, if the leaders of the United States used their instincts they would know that they are pursuing the wrong path The next lesson that must be taught them is to get out of other people’s territories, and not to interfere with the affairs of others.—Yours, etc,, PJA. October 3, IMI.
