Totalisator Failure
(From Our Own Reporter) WESTPORT, Oct. 2. The Westport Jockey Club received a setback at its race meetin gtoday, when the electric totalisator failed to work for some time before the last race. Many people were in the queues at that stage and only £lBll was handled on the race, compared with £3133 on the same event last year. Most of the money invested came from offcourse.
