Soccer PRESIDENT ELECTED

(Special Cnpdt N.Z.P.A.) LONDON, October 2. Sir Stanley Rous, of Britain, has been elected president of the International Federation of Football Associations. To be *0 elected at the International Congress meeting in London, he had to resign has position as secretary at the Football Association, which he has held for 27 years.
Sir Stanley Rous's term of Office is only eight months—up to the end of the four year period of his predecessor, the late Mr Arthur Drewry.
A new election will be held in June in Santiago, Chile, when it is expected that Sir Stanley House will again be elected president and serve
