Trap-Shooting L. J. Eden Wins Hayes Cup
L. J. Eden was the only competitor to score a possible of 25 targets, at the trap shooting for the James Hayes Cup, held by the Waihora Gun Club last Saturday. Conditions were ideal for the shoot. Results were:— Match One.—Five target eye opener.—Possibles: K. Busch, L. Blatchford. T. Gebble, H. Hatchard. E. Bearman. Match Two—James Hayes Cup: L. J. Eden 36, E. Bearman, C. Scott, and T. Gebbie, 24.
Match Three.—ll) targets: K. Busch. L. Blatchford. and C.
Stott, 10; L. J. Eden, F. Radford. K Mehlhopt, and S. Henderson. 6. Match Four. Five pair* double rise: L. J. Bden 10. K. Busch, T. Gobbi*, and I. Smith *.
