Protest Over Training
(N.ZPA.-Reuter—Copyright) CARDIFF, Sept. 3. About 400 demonstrators marched through the streets of Cardiff in the blazing sun yesterday to protest at the training of German troops on Welsh soil. The demonstration was the first major protest since troops from West Germany’s 84th Panzer Battalion began arriving at the Oaatlemartin tank and firing range, near Pembroke, nine days ago. The marchers held a mass meeting in the centre of the eity and passed a resolution expressing "concern st the worsening international sitiu. tion.”
