BRAGANZA, CADIZ
Examinations Successful Cadiz and Braganza are due back at Riccarton this morning. They were booked to cross from Wellington last evening in the steamer express. Cadiz and Braganza, which are under offer to California owners, were taken north by their Riccarton trainer, J. C. Tomkinson, last Tuesday evening for veterinary examinations in Wellington. Originally the examinations were to have been made by an American veterinarian, but as ht cancelled hi 3 trip, the inspections were made by two New Zealand veterinarians. Both horses passed the examinations. The sale of both horses, which are owned by Mr A. N. Smith, of Dunedin, is expected to be completed when the prospective buyers have inspected the veterinary cer-| tificates. I
