Dover Pace In Wilmington (N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) WILMINGTON (Delaware), June 15. The New Zealand pacer Arania finished last in the 10,000-dollar Dover Pace at Brandywine Raceway last evening. The race was won bv Merrie Gesture from Dancer Hanover and Quick Lady. The five-year-old New Zealand mare was timed at 2min 1 l-ssec in the eight-horse race, in which she started at 3-1. Arania. now on lease to a New York stable, never seemed to get enough speed to stay in the tight field. She will next race on July 21 in the 35,000-dollar Liberty Bell Pace at Brandywine against False Step and Caduceus of New Zealand, and Apmat, of Australia.
