Latin America And U.K. Markets
Pye Industries, Ltd, has esitabliished markets in the United Kingdom and Latin America for TV parts. Two orders, worth nearly £40,000. have been received, the company reports. The United Kingdom order is valued at £3OOO. The Latin-American order, worth about 75,000 United States dollars, was “won against intense overseas competition.”
First Order It is the first order Pye has received from this source. The company is investigating additional overseas outlets for its products. There is considerable potential overseas tor specialised Australian TV components, the company says. The United Kingdom order was the latest of a series of export contracts which added up to a “substantial amount. ’ The first shipment to Latin America will be made next month.
