H.C. Sleigh Issue Fully Subscribed
The directors of H. C. Sleigh. Ltd, announce that the company’s current issue of ordinary 5s shares at a premium of Is 3d a share has been fully subscribed, and that 10.371.244 shares have been allotted. The final call of 3s 9d a share 'including Is 3d premium) is due by June 30. 1961, and call notices will be issued during June. The total proceeds of the issue will amount to £3.241.000 and these funds are being used in general expansion of the activities of H. C. Sleigh, Ltd, and its subsidiaries, which include Hardie Rubber Company Pty. Ltd.
