Means Test
Sir.—The means test is whj’ we are shy of the trained workers needed. Could you please go into the figures necessary to prove that we would save money by using the capable, reliable, trained men and women who are being paid not to work by the operation of the means test that was established under what is virtually a spy system of sticky-beaks which offends the basic principles of a free people?—Yours, etc., 79-YEAR INDEPENDENT.
