D. Rutherford Wins Nelson Contest
(New Zealand Prefs Association) NELSON. December 31. D. Rutherford (Christchurch) In his Lycoming Special today won the 12-lap Nelson provincial championship on the Nelson Car Club's three-quarter mil* circuit at Tabunanui Beach. Hi* time was 9min 25 2sec Second place went to R. Rutherford (Christchurch) in his R. A. Zephyr and G. Sandford (Christchurch) was third in his Ford V 8 Special.
