JUGOSLAVS IN AUCKLAND
Welcome To Former King (New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, October 14. Jugoslav royalists greeted their former king, Peter 11, in Auckland today when he arrived at Whenuapai from Wellington at 12.30 p.m. He was met by members of the official royalist party, and presented with a bouquet by a young girl "Welcome to Auckland from the Jugoslav people of Auckland, who are against the Communists,” said the girl. “We recognise you as our leader, not Tito.” The former king and his aide, General T. Milicevich, accompanied by a police escort, drove to a Milford restaurant across the Harbour Bridge. The former king spoke personally to all present, including Mrs T. C. Lindstrom, of Remuera. whose son, Sergeant F. J. Lindstrom, a New Zealand soldier, was killed while fighting in Serbia. Mrs Lindstrom was presented with the citation, Former King Peter left by air for the United States at 8 p.m. \
