(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, July 22. Alex Harvey and Sons, Ltd., Auckland, canister and sheet metal products manufacturers, will issue 162,000 ordinary 10s shares at a premium of 15s each in the ratio of one-for--10 ordinary and B ordinary shares held. Consent of the Capital Issues Committee has been obtained. The issue will increase ordinary capital by £Bl,OOO to £891,000. Preference capital is £72,000. Reserves, which at March 31 stood at £333,063, will be increased by £121,500.
