(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, July 22. Referring to a report that wholesale merchants had refused to supply sugar to Feilding’s butcher-grocers, Mr P. B Allen (Opposition, Bay of Plenty) asked the Minister of Industries and Commerce (Mr Holloway) in the House of Representatives today whether the action came within the scope of the Trade Practices Act The' Commissioner of Trade Practices (Mr H. L. Wise) when approached today, declined to comment
