Officials Arriving In South Africa (N.Z. Press Association— Copyright) CAPE TOWN, July 21. Wylie Breckenridge was given a great reception when he visited the All Blacks at their hotel at Seapoint yesterday Breckenridge, who managed the 1953 Wallabies in South Africa, and is a past piesident of the Australian Rugby Union, has just completed a business visit to New York and London. He is returning to Sydney by way of South Africa so that he can see the tourists in action. Other prominent figures expected in South Africa within a week or two are the president of the Australian Rugby Union, Mr T. McCormack, the chairman of the New Zealand Rugby Union Council, Mr C. Hogg, and the treasurer of the Rugby Football Union (England). Mr w. Ramsay. It is almost certain that they, with members of the South African Rugby Board and the New Zealand team, will take the opportunity to review the new scrum laws' and other matters
