Sydney Rugby Club To Tour N.Z.
(N2. Pres, Association— Copyright) SYDNEY, July 21. The Sydney Rugby Union club. Briars, will make its own piece of minor Union history with a New Zealand tour at the end of the season. the Sydney “Daily Mirror” Rugby Union columnist says. It will send 20 players to Auckland on September 9 for a five-match tour. Mr T Stockdale will be manager. It is noped the tour will set a pattern and encourage further interchange visits, the columnist said.
