Sale Of Malvern Flats
A block of self-contained fiats known as the Malvern Flats was sold at public auction on Wednesday. The selling price was not : £21.000 but £21,500. The fiats are at 20 Dublin street. The Carlton Buildings comprising three shops with flats above them which were also offered for sale and passed in. were later soM privately for an undisclosed sum. The shops are at 179, 179 A, and 181 Victoria street
