Flight Home To See Family (New Zeouma Press aiawtiswioin AUCKLAND. July 7. Suffering from leukemia, and according to doctors with only two weeks to live, • young Dutch farm labourer from Te AWamutu will be rushed home by air to Holland next week. Re is Mr Albert Brakenhof, 27. who arrived in NeW Zealand as a Government - assisted immigrant seven months ago.
He will be brought to Auckland by ambulance from Te Awamutu to begin the first stage of his journey, by way of Australia and London, to see his family at Castricum. Northern Holland. Mr Brakenhof was married a month ago. The Dutch migration officer In Auckland (Mr H. W. Knottenbelt) has appealed to the Dutch community for assistance in paying the air fare.
