DEVELOPMENT LOAN
Minister Reports Progress (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, June 15. The Minister of Finance (Mr Nordmeyer) said today that subscriptions to the £lsm development loan now totalled £6.348.000. “As there is only a little more than two weeks still to run, with more than half the loan still to be received, it is desirable that intending subscribers should make their subscription without undue delay,” he said. “The loan offers a competitive rate of interest, and with the added advantage of death duty stock which is accepted at face value in payment of estate duties and income tax on an estate, it should be a worth while investment for persons seeking income with security," said Mr Nord-
