New Rules For Cash Cycling

(New Zealand Press Association) TIMARU. January 24. Two new rules affecting cash cycling were adopted by the 1960 conference of the New Zealand Athletics, Cycling and Axemen’s Union in Timaru on Saturday. A North Canterbury remit that in all cycle races competitors should wear white socks or no socks, was carried.

The conference also approved a remit from the Northern Athletic Union recommending that all riders when competing on hard tracks In New Zealand should wear arm guards.
