FOUND ON HOTEL PREMISES
Youth Fined At • Lyttelton On a charge of being i person, under the age of 21, he was found on the premises of the Mitre Hotel, Brian Roger Phillipson, who did not appear, was convicted and fined £2 by Mr Raymond Ferner, S.M., at the Magistrate's Court at Lyttelton On a similar charge, Alison Jean Laurie, in respect to the British Hotel, was fined £2. Leslie Rhind, aged 59, who did not appear, was charged with supplying liquor to a person under the age of-21. He was convicted and fined £2. Traffic cases were dealt with as follows: Michael John Stanley James, for permitting Larry Eric Williams to operate a motorvehicle not having a warrant of fitness, fined £l. No warrant of fitness, Larry Eric Williams ordered to pay costs only; Robert
Lance Alston, fined £2; Donald Stewart Reid, fined 10s; Raymond George Rouse, fined £l.
