Attack on Government.—Mi
David Marshall, the former Chief Minister of Singapore, has attacked the present Left-wing Government for its criticism of Englishspeaking educated people in the State. The Government told these people—particularly civil servants —they were “out of touch with the masses.”—Singapore, August 25.
