Golden Easter Wins Well

Golden Easter and Smoky Bav. paid a dividend of £73 17s 6d when they won the TA B. double at the I Foxton Racing Club’s meeting, held I on-a good track at Foxton on Saturday. Golden Easter finished a little too well for the favoprite. Peter Baffles, to win the Bergin Handicap by halt a Heck, with the fast-finishing Zareska a close third. Smoky Bay took the Robinson Handicap by halt a length from Wonder Gold and Lorica, both of which finished brilliantly from the rear of the field. Modernise made i up ground wide out for fourth.
