AUCKLAND, August 33. The Pakuranga Hunt Club’s meeting was held at Ellerslie yesterday in fine weather. The tra k was very heavy after flain during the week. The T.A.B. double, Cabot and Atelia, paid £2lO ISs 6d for £l. The totalisator on-course handled £127.500 15s, including £28,572 15s in doubles, compared with £135.028 15s last year. The apprentice, B. E. Craig, was suspended up to and including September 22 after the Sylvia Park Handicap. Craig, who rode the winner. Nulli Secundus; was found guilty of causing interference to Dipnoi.
