First Leg At Waikato “The Press" Special Service AUCKLAND, May 15. The Tyler Memorial Handicap and the Flying Mile will form the double on the third day of the Waikato Racing Club’s winter meeting at Te Rapa tomorrow. Each event looks open, but there seems a good chance that the winners will be Old Salt and Gillino. Fine weather during the last day or two dried the ground, which will nevertheless be holding. Selections:— 11.15 a.m.—Raglan Plate: Deesse, Marib, Firenze. 11.55 a.m.—Winter Hack Hurdles: Yardgar, Santa Keda, Glengaim. 12.40 p.m.—Parana Hack Handicap: Spring Pin, Malways, Spring Cloud. 1.30 p:m.—Tyler Handicap: Old Salt, Jim’s Count, Count Filou. 2.10 p.m.—Clarkin Steeples: Ben Vola, Overseas, Thepeen. 2.50 p.m.—-Manning Hack Handicap: Marco Form, My Sun, Davett. 3.40 p.m.—Flying Mile: Gillino, Anyhow, Otara. 4.25 p.m.—Farewell Hack Handicap: Sajalite, Hi-Jinx, Golden Countess.
