Action Against Newspaper
(From Our Own Reporter) WELLINGTON, May 14. A rumour that the Minister of Industries and Commerce (Mr Holloway) has withdrawn his writ for alleged libel against Truth (N.Z.), Ltd., is without foundation. His solicitor. Mr W. E. Leicester, denied tonight that there was any intention of withdrawing. “The hearing is set down for May 25,’’ he said. “If the Court can take the case on that date, it is proposed to proceed then.”
