Theft From Widow
Sir, —A few weeks ago the shed of a crippled widow at Woolston was broken into and all her tools and many sundries stolen. May I suggest that the penalty for this class of crime, where untold suffering falls on the victim, should be increased.—Yours, etc., G. HUTTON. January 12, 1959.
