TO STUDY FARMING IN N.Z.
Nuffield Scholars From Britain (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, September 23. Two Nuffield scholars will arrive in New Zealand in November to study farming .methods. They will stay about three months. Their itineraries are being arranged by Federated Farmers. Mr L. G. Cloag, a Yorkshireman, will study beef and lamb production. He is a bachelor of arts from Cambridge University. Mr P. G. Strange will arrive about the middle of November. His main interests are dairying, grassland management, beef, corn, sheep husbandry and lamb reclamation. He * holds a Royal Agricultural College certificate.
