The following officers were elected at the annual meeting of the Spreydon Cricket Club:— Patron, Mr V. E. Lomas; president, Mr J. Streeter; vice-presidents, 10 were elected; club captain, Mr R. Hanrahan: secretary-treasurer, Mr J. Hocking; committee, Messrs D. J. Kimm, D. Cowles, L. Trueman, B. King; delegates to Canterbury Suburban Cricket Association, Messrs D. J. Kimm, J. Streeter; selectors, Messrs ,D J. Kimm and D. Cowles. Opening day was fixed for September 27 at Spreydon Domain.
