LOVE POEMS BY BERNARD SHAW
Manuscripts For Sale In London (Special Correspondent N2PA.) LONDON, March 19. A series of love poems written by Bernard Shaw to Ellen Terry will be sold in London next month. The "Daily Telegraph” says they are of particular interest as they reveal an unusual side of Shaw’s character. The poetry is unoriginal and in places very strained and the poems were written in what for Shaw was an unusual hand. They are being sold by a woman who inherited them from a friend who obtained them from Ellen Terry’s brother.
