Adenauer Visits Churchill
(Rec. 9 p.m.) NICE, February 13 The West German Chancellor. Dr. Konrad Adenauer, today visited Sir Winston Churchill at the Villa la Pausa, at Roquebrune Cap-Martin, where he is on holiday Dr. Adenauer made the 25-mile journey by car from his rented chateau at Vence. accompanied by his daughter, Mrs Libet Warbahn. Friends of both statesmen said that it was a. purely private visit. The two statesmen spent an hour and three quarters together and, according to Sir Winston Churchill's private secretary, their talk included political subjects. Sir Winston Churchill is expected to visit the Chancellor at Venice, probably on Saturday.
