The New Zealand croquet championships entered the fourth day today, and although New Zealand representatives and players with minus handicaps were again playing up to form, there was close scoring in many cases. The greens were still in excellent condition and playing very fast. Mesdames W. R. Shannon and W. Bryant (Allenton) and Mesdames W. L. Salton (Oamaru) and D.
