(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, January 8. The TA£. today handled £107,639, including £55,180 on doubles and £52,459 on win and place. The amounts handled at the individual meetings, with off-course substitutes, were:— Pahiatua: £95,470 10s (St. ReyReefton: £12,168 10s (Beau Revere). Rehandicaps For Trentham (New Zealand Press Association) WANGANUI, January 8. Rehandicaps for the Wellington Racing Club’s cup meeting on Saturday week are:— Te Mania High-weight: Elrey, 51b, to 9-11. Pencarrow Hack: Ballador, 51b, to 8-9; Bon Salut, 31b, to 7-12. Fitzherbert Handicap: Sunny Bay. 61b, to 8-5. Camp Hack: Whiohau, 51b, to 8-6.
