Soviet Nuclear Test
WASHINGTON, Dec. 28. Russia today exploded another nuclear device, according to the United States Atomic Energy Commission. A brief statement was the first announcement of a Soviet nuclear test since October 10. It said: “The Soviet Union is continuing its testing of nuclear weapons. “The most recent nuclear explosion occurred on December 28 at the usual Soviet test site in Siberia.”
