Care Of The Aged
Sir, —It seems that persons who have been thrifty, and own a house, fall between two stools. The bld of today are people of another age, who did not know “full employment," who had to help parents and family keep homes together through war and depression, A house to an elderly woman of slender resources, and who has nobody to help, can be a great burden. These people might be willing to give their homes in return for a haven in an aged people's home.—Yours, etc., ONE OF THEM. May 3, 1957.
